Welcome to the registration for the 1st Annual South Region IMRG Roundup September 9th-13th 2026! Grand Junction IMRG Chapter 2062 is excited to be your host!
Please use the hotel link below to make your reservation at the Doubletree Hotel Grand Junction. You will receive the discounted rate for the Roundup and be able to view all the great amenities for your stay. We encourage everyone to use the hotel link as it takes you directly to our block of rooms. Should you need to call, you must call the local number 970-241-8888 and press extension 0. The Hilton central reservations will not have the room block information.
We will be updating the site regularly as we finalize rides and events. So check back often!
For now, we are planning registration and meet and greet on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026, at 4-8 pm. We will have 2 guided rides each day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. One will be a longer full day and one shorter. We will have maps available so you can choose your own adventure as well. As we get closer, we will have sign-ups for the rides so we can plan accordingly for ride captains.
There will be a “Roundup Wrap Up” party on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, at 6-10 pm. This will include a full catered dinner that is included in your registration price. Details on the dinner will be announced ASAP.
To keep the cost as low as possible for registration we are asking for dealers, chapters or even businesses to “Sponsor a Table”. To meet the event budget, we need at least 10 table sponsors at $100 each. If you are able to help out in this area it will be greatly appreciated! In return we will give you a nice plaque with the event info and the sponsor info on it! The link to sponsor a table is below.
